The course is aimed at persons who may work in an environment where asbestos is present.

Candidates will be aware of current legislation relevant to asbestos, understand the dangers to health from asbestos, understand where asbestos is likely to be found, understand when asbestos is a risk to health, and understand the correct procedure to follow to deal with asbestos.

The course duration is 1/2 a day.

Certificates last for 2  years.
