This course is aimed at all persons / fire wardens in the workplace, it is vital that they understand the legislation relevant to fire prevention, the type of fire extinguishers available and their usage and  that all persons fully understand the legislation relevant to fire prevention and fire precautions, they must also understand the cause of fire and how it can spread.  

Everyone should fully understand the classification of fire and the methods required to extinguish them, and that all persons can identify the types of fire extinguisher to use on different classes of fire.
